Delivery and Shipping Policy
TheSwiftShip and its distributors/suppliers retain the right to limit shipments to addresses within India. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Shipments to addresses outside India will not be processed. Individual suppliers may have additional shipping restrictions, but the absence of a specific shipping policy by a supplier does not imply the availability of the aforementioned services. The minimum Delivery time for an order is 3-5 days and maximum it may take 15 days to deliver in case of any unfavorable situations.
Shipping and Handling Charges
TheSwiftShip is pleased to offer free shipping for all orders, and customers will not incur any shipping costs.TheSwiftShip shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages or losses related to defective products, shipping errors, or other mistakes. Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of any item purchased from us.
For unusually sized or excessively weighted items, TheSwiftShip may require a custom shipping cost calculation. In such cases, orders with custom shipping costs will not be shipped until the customer has approved the calculated shipping cost.
Order Placement
TheSwiftShip is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from misplaced, incorrectly ordered, or other typographical errors made during order placement. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their orders, including the actual item, pricing, shipping, and handling, before submitting the order. The method of order placement (single, batch, or API) does not alter the customer's responsibility or subsequent financial obligations.
Order Changes
Generally, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified in any way. However, under specific circumstances, orders may be canceled or modified. If a customer contacts TheSwiftShip's customer service department using the online form promptly with a change request, it may be possible to amend the order on occasion. TheSwiftShip is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from change requests made after the order has been placed.
Order Returns
Refunds can be issued in the following cases:
- Received the wrong item or the wrong color, size, model, etc. Evidence is required.
- Received the item in a damaged condition. Evidence is required.
- The item is defective or malfunctioning. Proper usage/handling will be verified.
- The item is of extremely poor quality. Evidence is required within 5 days of receipt. Note that refunds will not be issued for minor flaws caused during the production or shipping process.
- Insufficient quantity received. Either a partial refund or reshipment of the missing quantity will be provided.
- Order is significantly delayed or lost.
- Ordered the wrong item or no longer need the thing. Evidence of the returned item reaching our warehouse is required. An 80% partial refund of the item price will be issued, and a 20% restocking fee will be retained.
Note: Generally, customers have the option of either a refund or reshipment.
